* Over $1 million spent each year in the CSU on Blackboard licenses

What is Moodle?

An excert from: What is the value of a Virtual Learning Environment?
by Patrick Craig - Wednesday, September 15 2004, 03:05 PM

One of the "values" of Virtual Learning is Professional Development.
A virtual learning environment is also a tool that districts can use to host professional development materials. Videos, presentations, text and reading materials can all be added to this environment. Online assessments are easily created with this tool to log performance. Login times, dates and content areas are also easily tracked.
